Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped by Federal Express in most cases. Federal Express does not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must list a valid street address with your order. So we will send the PO Box/APO/FPO orders via USPS.
Currently no other shipping methods are available. Orders are shipped within one business week of placement. Federal Express does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

Back Orders

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will hold off shipment of your entire order until all products are available.

Returning a Product

We will accept returns on any item, for any reason as long as the following conditions are met:

• Returns must be made within 30 days
• Product must be unopened with original seals unbroken
• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items, unless we shipped a damaged or incorrect item
• A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) must be clearly displayed on the outside of package

To obtain an RMA number, please contact online@weider.com with the reason for the return. You will be issued a RMA number within 2 days(business days) of the request and given clear instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
